Stack Checker
Pick the supplements you take and see each nutrient added up across all of them, next to the adult recommended intake and upper limit. Built from the declared amounts on US labels in the NIH DSLD.
One bottle rarely tells the whole story: a multivitamin, a B-complex and a magnesium product can each carry the same nutrient. Search for each product you take, say how many servings a day, and the table adds up every tracked compound. Amounts are what each label declares per serving, taken from the 121,959 on-market labels in DSLD. This is arithmetic on label data, not advice; nothing is stored, and the link you copy holds only product numbers.

Daily totals
Amount per day is each product's per-serving amount times the servings you enter. "% of RDA" uses one representative adult figure per nutrient; the true value depends on age and sex. The upper limit (UL) is the highest daily intake from supplements and, for some nutrients, food and drink that is unlikely to cause harm for most adults.
What this does and does not count
- Only the 69 compounds we track with a disclosed amount. Ingredients inside a proprietary blend, unlisted amounts, and compounds outside the tracked list are not counted, so a total can be a minimum.
- Declared, not measured. Amounts are what the manufacturer printed; lab testing can differ. Probiotics are left out because their amounts are not stored in a comparable unit.
- Diet and medicines are not included. Food, fortified drinks and prescriptions can add to or interact with these amounts, and some limits (such as magnesium's) apply only to the supplement portion.
- Exceeding a limit is not automatically unsafe, and staying under one is not a clearance. These are conservative population thresholds. Ask a pharmacist or clinician about your own situation.
- Serving sizes vary. One serving may be several capsules (see Serving Sizes); enter the number of servings, not capsules.
