Supplement Label Index

Reformulations

Tracks declared doses that change between NIH DSLD releases — the first comparison publishes when the next release is ingested.

No comparison yet: no previous dump has been ingested yet.

Every month the site ingests the latest DSLD release and keeps the previous one. When a new release arrives, this page lists tracked nutrients whose declared per-serving dose moved by 20% or more — both on labels DSLD updated in place, and on relaunched products with the same brand and name. The current data is from the January 2026 release.

Meanwhile, see New on Shelves and Trending.

Method

Doses are per serving as declared, totaled per product the same way as the compound pages. A change can reflect a real reformulation, a corrected label entry, or a new serving size; in-place updates are only counted when DSLD's raw ingredient rows themselves changed.
